End User License Agreement

1. App License
If you download Mojo White from the Apple App Store, your use of the iOS app is licensed, not sold. Mojo White is operated by Haro LLC. Unless Haro LLC provides a separate written agreement, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to the app download and local app use.

2. Mojo White Account and Service Terms
Your Mojo White account, cloud services, subscriptions, content processing, retention, and acceptable use are also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions
App Store subscriptions are purchased, renewed, managed, and canceled through Apple. Mojo White may use App Store transaction metadata to connect an App Store subscription to your Mojo White account and provide the purchased plan.
