By accessing and using Mojo White ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mojo White provides text-to-speech conversion services that allow users to convert written content into audio format. The Service includes:

• File upload capabilities (PDF, TXT, DOCX, and other supported formats)
• Direct text input functionality
• URL content fetching and parsing
• Voice selection and playback speed customization
• Temporary content storage with automatic deletion after 14 days

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Mojo White offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: 7,500 words per month with all core features (Free)
• Professional Plan: $4.99/month for 150,000 words per month, with optional add-on packs (+150,000 words for $4.99 each)

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or convert content that you do not have the right to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Mojo White a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the text-to-speech conversion service.

All content is automatically deleted after 14 days. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

All uploaded files and converted content are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 14 days. This is a core feature of our privacy-first approach and cannot be extended.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo White shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
