Our Privacy Commitment

At Mojo White, your privacy is not just a feature. We believe that your data belongs to you, and you alone. This policy explains how we handle your information in plain English.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your content to train AI models, and your uploaded content is processed only to provide Mojo White features to you.

Mojo White is operated by Haro LLC and is not directed to children under 16.

What We Collect

We collect only the information needed to run the service:

• Account information: email address, authentication information, and account status.
• Preferences: voice selection, playback speed, theme, parsing, and other product settings.
• Usage and billing data: word counts, plan limits, payments, subscription status, security events, and service logs.
• Temporary content: documents, text, images, transcripts, generated audio, and files you choose to import for conversion.

How We Use Your Information

• Providing text-to-speech conversion, OCR, document parsing, podcasts, and playback features.
• Managing your account, preferences, subscription, usage limits, and essential service messages.
• Protecting the service from abuse, fraud, malware, and unauthorized access.
• Improving reliability and user experience with anonymized, aggregate usage data that does not include your content.

Document Processing

When you upload documents, we use automated systems to extract text, create audio, and make the content available in your account. Some features use trusted processing providers to deliver those services.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We use service providers only as needed to provide, secure, and improve Mojo White. Providers receive only the data required for the relevant feature. Not every provider receives data from every user. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer documents, extracted text, prompts, or generated audio to train Mojo White or third-party provider models as part of normal product use. Where we use authentication, hosting, storage, payment processing, App Store subscription processing, document import, OCR, text-to-speech, AI-assisted document processing, security, analytics, or abuse-prevention providers, we use them to provide the requested service and apply contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards. Data Storage and Security

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• User preferences and account records are stored in secure managed databases.
• Temporary server-side content files are encrypted at rest by our storage providers and are subject to automatic deletion.
• Content saved locally to your own device, such as offline drafts or cached scans, stays on that device and is not covered by server-side deletion controls.
• Anonymized aggregate usage data used to operate and improve the service may be retained as needed for service operation.

Your Controls

• Access: request a copy of your data.
• Deletion: delete your account and associated server-side data.
• Correction: update or correct account information and preferences.
• Export: download preferences and usage data where available.

Automatic Data Deletion

Uploaded files, text content, generated audio, and other server-side content are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days unless a listed exception applies.
