Commitment

Mojo White aims to make its web and mobile experiences usable by people with disabilities and to work toward WCAG 2.1 AA alignment.

Mojo White provides audio conversion, playback controls, text-size controls, transcripts, ARIA-labeled controls, reduced-motion support, and native layouts intended to improve access, but this statement is not a claim of full legal compliance without testing.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product obligation. Haro LLC reviews key flows such as signup, upload, playback, subscriptions, settings, privacy controls, export, deletion, and legal pages with keyboard, screen reader, contrast, focus, dynamic type, and reduced-motion checks as part of accessibility work.

Known Limitations

Some generated documents, third-party checkout pages, app-store surfaces, imported files, AI outputs, or provider-controlled widgets may not be fully controlled by Mojo White.

Where a third-party surface creates an accessibility barrier, Haro LLC may document the issue, provide a workaround where practical, and escalate the issue to the provider.

Feedback

Accessibility issues may be reported to help@mojowhite.com. Reports should include the page or feature, assistive technology used, expected behavior, and observed issue where possible.

Haro LLC tracks accessibility reports and remediation work with priority, owner, target date, and outcome where appropriate.

Mojo White will try to respond to accessibility reports within a reasonable time and may ask follow-up questions to reproduce or prioritize the issue.
