Legal entity: Haro LLC. Product brand: Mojo White. For legal questions, contact help@mojowhite.com.

Requests

A verified personal representative may request account deletion or limited handling of a deceased user's account.

Haro LLC may request documentation such as a death certificate, letters testamentary, government ID, or proof of authority.

Requests should be sent to help@mojowhite.com and include the account holder's email address or account identifier, the requester's name and contact information, the relationship to the account holder, the requested action, and documents showing death or legal incapacity and authority to act.

Documentation We May Request

  • Proof of death or incapacity, such as a death certificate, obituary, physician/court incapacity document, or other reliable official record.
  • Proof of the requester's identity, such as a government ID or notarized statement, where appropriate.
  • Proof of authority, such as letters testamentary, letters of administration, court order, guardianship order, power of attorney covering digital assets, trust instrument, or other fiduciary authorization.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that the requester is authorized to make the request.
  • A physical or electronic signature.

Handling

Mojo White generally favors deletion over disclosure of private content unless applicable law requires or permits a different result.

Billing, fraud, security, tax, and legal records may be retained where required.

Mojo White does not promise account transfer, memorialization, password reset, or disclosure of private content to family members. If disclosure is legally required, Haro LLC may limit disclosure to the records required by law.

If the account has an active Apple subscription, Apple purchase-management rules may require the requester to work with Apple for cancellation or refund issues. If the account has a Stripe subscription, Haro LLC may cancel future billing after verifying authority.

Privacy and Security Limits

Haro LLC may refuse a request if the documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or insufficient to verify authority.

Haro LLC may notify the account email or other known account contacts where appropriate, preserve records if there is a dispute, and request a court order for conflicting family, estate, fiduciary, or ownership claims.

Data Availability

Some content may no longer be available because of ordinary retention, account deletion, provider deletion, expired subscriptions, failed payments, user deletion, or backup rotation.

If Haro LLC approves deletion, deletion may be irreversible and may remove documents, extracted text, assistant conversations, podcast jobs, generated audio, preferences, and related account data subject to legal and operational exceptions.

Fraud Prevention

Requests involving deceased or incapacitated users are sensitive. Haro LLC may use verification steps, hold periods, internal review, and legal review to prevent account takeover, inheritance fraud, harassment, or improper access to private content.

False requests may lead to account restrictions, denial of future requests, preservation of evidence, or referral to appropriate authorities.
