Your documents are yours. Here is what happens to them when you use Mojo White, in plain language.

Our partners
Mojo may send content to third-party AI and speech services to provide features such as Assistant, summaries, podcasts and cloud voices. Examples include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Microsoft. The specific services may change as we improve reliability, cost and performance. Your content is sent only when it is needed for a feature you choose to use. These services process it only to provide that feature, and their terms do not allow them to use it to train their models.
Other service providers support these features and Mojo White's operations, such as hosting, payments, sign-in and security. They handle account and operational data, never for their own purposes. A current provider list is available on request from help@mojowhite.com.
What happens to your content
When you upload a document
Your file and its text are stored for you, encrypted, so you can listen from any device. They are deleted after 30 days unless you join the Research Program.
When you listen with a cloud voice
The text of that document goes to a speech partner that turns it into audio and marks where each word starts, so the highlighting stays in sync. If you prefer, Mojo White reads with a voice that lives on your iPhone instead, and nothing is sent.
When you use the Assistant, summaries, quizzes or podcasts
The relevant passages of your document and your question go to an AI partner that writes the answer, the summary or the podcast script. Only what the feature needs is sent, and only when you ask.
When you scan a page or import an image
Pages you photograph are read on your iPhone. Images you import are sent to an AI partner that recognizes the text in them.
When you import from Google Drive or Dropbox
That is your choice of where to get a file. Only the file you pick is copied into Mojo White, and those services keep their own privacy policies.
You decide
In the iPhone app, the first time you use a feature that sends content to a partner, Mojo White asks for your permission. Choose Not now and your documents are read with a voice on your iPhone instead. You can turn Cloud AI & Voices on or off at any time in Settings, delete any document or your whole account from Settings, and email help@mojowhite.com for a copy of your data or any privacy request.

Provider Categories
- AI, speech, text-recognition, storage, and search providers process only the content needed for the feature you use, such as document passages, extracted text, questions, generated scripts, voice selections, synthesis requests, or generated audio used for read-along timing. Examples of the AI and speech services are given above. In the iPhone app (version 1.4.1 and later) this happens only after you allow Cloud AI & Voices, which you can turn off in Settings.
- Import providers (Google Drive, Dropbox) process a file only when you choose to import it.
- Hosting, database, and reliability providers keep the service running and store account records, preferences, usage records, document metadata, and service logs.
- Authentication and payment providers process account access, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, App Store entitlements, and purchase reconciliation.
- Analytics and reliability providers process operational telemetry, performance data, and aggregate interaction metrics unless an applicable opt-out has been processed.
- Security providers may process tokens, file hashes, suspicious files, IP-derived risk signals, or abuse indicators to protect Mojo White and its users.
Data Minimization and Access
Provider access is limited by feature, purpose, role, and environment where Mojo White controls the integration. Not every provider sees every category of data, and not every person uses every provider-backed feature.
This page gives examples of the AI and speech services that may receive your content. A current provider list, including hosting, authentication, payment, and security providers, is available on request from help@mojowhite.com.
Haro LLC treats provider owner, purpose, data categories, region, DPA status, transfer safeguards, retention settings, incident contacts, and review dates as vendor-management records.
Provider Terms and Changes
Some third-party services are user-selected integrations governed by that provider's own terms. Mojo White is not responsible for a third-party provider's independent products, policies, outages, or account decisions.
Haro LLC may add, replace, suspend, or remove providers as the product evolves. Material changes that expand provider access to personal information will be reflected on this page and, where legally required, communicated through additional notice.
Change Notifications
You may email help@mojowhite.com with the subject line Provider Updates to request email notice when the list of services that may receive your content materially changes.
Where contractually feasible and legally appropriate, Haro LLC will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding a material new provider category that expands access to personal information.

International Transfers and DPAs
Providers may process personal information in the United States or other countries. For EU/UK data, Haro LLC relies on Standard Contractual Clauses, UK transfer addenda, adequacy-transfer records, or other valid safeguards where required.
Haro LLC uses DPAs or equivalent data-processing terms for providers that process personal information on Mojo White's behalf where such terms are available and appropriate.
