Participation
The Research Program is optional and may provide a discount or other benefit in exchange for participation under the disclosed terms.
The legal basis for research participation may be consent, contract, legitimate interests, or another basis depending on the jurisdiction, incentive, and program design.
Research participation may involve product telemetry, feature-use metrics, feedback, support context, generated-output quality signals, and de-identified or anonymized snapshots, depending on the specific program notice.
Research participation does not require users to waive core privacy rights, and the program separates required service processing from optional research processing.
Retention and Opt-Out
Research participants may allow Mojo White to retain anonymized or de-identified research snapshots beyond the standard 30-day content retention period.
Opting out stops future research participation but may not remove already anonymized or de-identified snapshots where the program terms disclose that treatment.
If research data can still reasonably be linked to a person, it should remain subject to access, deletion, correction, restriction, and security obligations unless a lawful exception applies.
Haro LLC tracks consent-event records showing when the user opted in, what version of the program terms applied, any discount or incentive, what categories were included, when the user opted out, and what data was retained where available.
Research Boundaries
- Do not use research participation to train third-party AI models unless a separate, explicit disclosure and opt-in covers that use.
- Do not include raw sensitive documents, private audio, or confidential third-party information in research datasets unless the user has authority and the program terms specifically allow it.
- Prefer aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified metrics for model quality, retention, performance, and UX analysis.
