Notice at Collection

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents and describes categories of personal information collected, purposes, recipients, retention, and rights.

Mojo White does not sell personal information for money. If analytics or tracking configuration is treated as sharing under California law, users may submit a Do-Not-Share request by email until an in-product control is published.

Mojo White collects personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including providing the service, billing, authentication, security, fraud prevention, support, analytics, legal compliance, and product improvement.

Categories Collected

  • Identifiers: email address, account IDs, device/session IDs, and support contact details.
  • Commercial information: subscriptions, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and plan history.
  • Internet or electronic activity: product interactions, referrers, UTM data, device/browser metadata, and logs.
  • Audio, electronic, visual, and user content: uploaded files, scans, extracted text, prompts, transcripts, and generated audio.
  • Inferences: plan usage, feature preferences, and abuse-prevention signals.
  • Sensitive personal information may appear in user-provided content if a user chooses to upload it.

Categories Disclosed

  • Authentication, hosting, database, storage, and security providers may receive identifiers, account records, logs, content metadata, and operational data.
  • OCR, AI, and text-to-speech providers may receive uploaded content, extracted text, prompts, selected document excerpts, voice selections, generated scripts, or generated audio only when the relevant feature is used.
  • Payment and platform providers may receive billing identifiers, transaction data, subscription state, refund data, chargeback data, and account-token metadata.
  • Import providers may receive the file, file metadata, and connection metadata needed to complete the import you request.
  • Analytics providers may receive analytics events, device/browser metadata, traffic attribution, and aggregated product-interaction events unless an applicable opt-out has been processed.

Sensitive Personal Information

Mojo White does not ask users to provide sensitive personal information as a condition of ordinary account creation. Sensitive information may be included in content you choose to upload, import, scan, dictate, or generate.

Mojo White uses sensitive personal information only to provide the requested service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or with your consent. Mojo White does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for unrelated marketing.

California Rights

  • Know, access, correct, and delete personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information where legally required.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
  • For California minors, request deletion of posted content where California law provides an eraser right.

How to Exercise Rights

Submit requests to help@mojowhite.com. Mojo White will verify requests before disclosing or deleting account data.

Email to help@mojowhite.com is the current path for Do Not Sell or Share, analytics opt-out, and sensitive-data-limitation requests pending an in-product privacy control.

If Mojo White later publishes a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link, cookie setting, or privacy setting, that control will be linked from the privacy or cookie settings surface.

You may designate an authorized agent where California law permits. Mojo White may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Mojo White will not discriminate against you for exercising California privacy rights, but some features may be unavailable if the information needed to provide them is deleted or withheld.

California Minors

California residents under 18 may request removal of content they posted to Mojo White where California law provides that eraser right.

Send requests to help@mojowhite.com with the subject line Minor Removal Request and enough account, content, and contact information for Mojo White to locate the material and verify the request.

Removal from Mojo White does not guarantee removal from backups, provider logs, legal holds, other users' exports, or third-party locations where the content may already have been copied.

Retention and Metrics

Mojo White retains each category of personal information for the periods described in the Privacy Policy, using the shortest period reasonably needed for the purpose unless a legal, security, billing, dispute, or backup exception applies.

If Mojo White becomes subject to CCPA metrics-reporting thresholds, Haro LLC will publish or retain required request metrics in the manner required by law.
