Version history and effective dates for Mojo White legal documents.

Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy: added the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag on our marketing pages. In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Quebec and Brazil, and when we cannot tell where a visitor is, they run only after a yes in the cookie banner; elsewhere they run unless turned off with Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every marketing page or Global Privacy Control. Never on legal pages, in the apps or in the web app. Described what they receive, that we do not respond to Do Not Track, and how to opt out without an account.
Privacy Policy: the App Store and Google Play buttons on our website now carry the campaign name of any campaign link, and we count campaign views and store-button taps per day without cookies or identifiers.

Privacy Policy: the app installation identifier now covers the Android app as well as the iPhone app, and is not the Android advertising identifier.
Privacy Policy: described the Google Play install referrer. We store the kind of source an Android install came from (for example the Play store, a paid Google ad, or one of our campaign links) and the campaign tags in Play's note. Test, internal, review, debug, and sideload installs are recorded as unknown. We never store the note itself, a note that contains a web address is not used, and we do not store a click identifier.
Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy: service records and analytics payloads do not include prompts. A service record can carry an internal reference number for the document, podcast, purchase, or account it is about, never its title, file name, or content. The Play install referrer is not Google Analytics and not the Android advertising identifier.

Terms and Privacy Policy: described third-party service providers by category (AI, speech, OCR, hosting, search, and other infrastructure providers used from time to time) and limited their processing to operating and delivering Mojo White.
Privacy Policy: added the Cloud AI & Voices permission in the iPhone app (version 1.4.1 and later), what happens if you choose Not now, and how to turn it off in Settings.
Replaced the Subprocessors table with the How Your Data Is Processed page: a plain-language explanation of what happens to your content, giving OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Microsoft as examples of the third-party AI and speech services that may receive it, noting that the specific services may change, describing other service providers by category, and offering a current provider list on request. The old address redirects to the new page.
Privacy Policy: added an International Transfers section (service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards where required).
AI and Synthetic Voice Policy: AI Features now uses the same description of third-party AI and speech services and the same examples.

Privacy Policy: described the optional in-app audience question (what brings you to Mojo White, and, only when the source is unknown, how you heard about it), its fixed answers, that answers are never shared with advertisers or other third parties, and how to change or clear them.
Privacy Policy: described the campaign name carried by the App Store button on our download page, which contains nothing about the visitor and is not stored.
