Terms of Service

Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms are between you and Haro LLC, operating the Mojo White service. By accessing or using Mojo White, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms linked from this page.

By using Mojo White, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. Mojo White is not directed to children under 16, and you may not use the service if you are under 16.

If you use Mojo White for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You consent to contract electronically. Your continued use after posted updates means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different notice or consent process.

The Service

Mojo White provides text-to-speech, OCR, document parsing, playback, podcast generation, AI assistant workflows, imports, document scanning, account management, and related productivity features.

Features, voices, providers, file types, limits, models, quotas, and integrations may change as the service evolves. Some features may be experimental, beta, region-limited, plan-limited, or dependent on third-party availability.

Mojo White is designed for productivity and accessibility support. It is not an emergency service, legal advisor, medical provider, financial advisor, therapist, school administrator, or substitute for professional judgment.

Service Changes and Availability

Haro LLC may modify, suspend, discontinue, rate-limit, or replace features, providers, voices, models, storage locations, or integrations where needed for security, reliability, compliance, cost control, provider changes, or product evolution.

We may perform maintenance, apply automated abuse controls, or temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary. We are not responsible for delays or unavailability caused by third-party platforms, app stores, model providers, hosting outages, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Services and Provider Terms

Mojo White uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, OCR, text-to-speech, AI assistance, podcast generation, imports, malware scanning, payments, App Store purchases, analytics, bot prevention, and support operations.

Your use of connected third-party services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Apple, Stripe, or other integrations, may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for maintaining those third-party accounts and permissions.

Mojo White may disconnect, disable, or replace a provider or integration if it creates security, compliance, reliability, cost, or abuse risk, or if the provider changes or ends its service.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account activity, keeping access credentials secure, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses subscription, rate-limit, security, or abuse-prevention controls.

Accounts are for genuine human or authorized organization use. You may not create synthetic identities, automated signups, account farms, or multiple accounts to bypass eligibility, payment, safety, usage, or plan limits.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it current. We may require additional verification before account export, deletion, high-risk support changes, or disclosure of account information.

Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Web billing is handled through Stripe, and iOS in-app purchases are handled through Apple.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refund rights may vary by law, platform, and offer terms.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or remains overdue, Haro LLC may pause paid features, downgrade access, retry billing, require updated payment information, recover amounts owed, or terminate the paid plan after reasonable notice where required.

EU/UK consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights unless immediate access or digital delivery has begun after the required acknowledgement. The Refund Policy gives more detail.

Your Content and Rights Warranty

You retain ownership of content you upload, import, type, scan, or generate through Mojo White, subject to rights held by third parties.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights needed to upload, import, process, listen to, transform, and generate outputs from your content.

You grant Mojo White a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, transform, display, and store content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, enforce, and improve the service, or comply with law.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, reliability, quality, and downstream use of your content and outputs, including any required consent from authors, speakers, voice talent, performers, students, employees, customers, patients, or other people whose information or likeness appears in the content.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, privileged, or sensitive third-party information unless you have authority to do so and understand the product's retention, provider, export, and deletion behavior.

AI Outputs and Voice Restrictions

AI-generated summaries, assistant responses, podcast scripts, OCR text, and synthesized audio may contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance.

To the extent any AI-generated output is copyrightable and Mojo White owns rights in that output, Mojo White assigns those rights to you, subject to provider restrictions, third-party rights, and your compliance with these Terms.

Some voices, AI models, and integrations are subject to provider acceptable-use, commercial-use, and attribution restrictions that Mojo White cannot waive.

You may not use Mojo White to create, distribute, or support deceptive impersonation, fraud, non-consensual voice replicas, fake endorsements, misleading political or civic communications, evidence fabrication, or synthetic audio that reasonably appears to be a real person speaking without appropriate authorization or disclosure.

Where law, platform rules, or audience context requires disclosure that audio or text is AI-generated or AI-assisted, you are responsible for providing that disclosure unless Mojo White supplies a disclosure control that fully covers the use case.

No Professional Advice or High-Risk Reliance

Mojo White may summarize, read, transform, or discuss user-provided content, but outputs are informational only. Do not rely on Mojo White as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, public-benefits, emergency, or other high-impact decisions.

You are responsible for human review before publishing, submitting, sharing, using, or acting on outputs. Haro LLC does not warrant that OCR, summaries, citations, translations, assistant answers, or generated audio are complete, accurate, current, non-infringing, or suitable for your purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Mojo White to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate a real person without consent, create deceptive synthetic audio, harass others, distribute malware or spam, bypass controls, or obtain operational instructions for self-harm, violence, weapons, malicious code, or exploitation of minors.

The Acceptable Use Policy gives the complete enforcement standard.

Investigations and Enforcement

Haro LLC may investigate suspected violations using account records, product logs, provider reports, user reports, automated abuse signals, and content reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.

We may warn, throttle, disable features, block uploads, remove or quarantine content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected people, notify providers, or report conduct to authorities where we believe action is appropriate.

We may cooperate with valid legal process, emergency requests, provider-policy investigations, payment-network disputes, App Store inquiries, and safety investigations in the manner described in the Privacy Policy and Law Enforcement Guidelines.

We may reject abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or bad-faith reports and may restrict users who misuse reporting, support, refund, chargeback, export, deletion, or privacy-rights processes.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Haro LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

This obligation does not apply to claims caused by Mojo White's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Mobile App Terms

If you download Mojo White from the Apple App Store, the app is licensed, not sold. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the mobile app terms and may enforce them.

Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, product claims, intellectual-property claims, or warranty obligations for Mojo White beyond any obligations imposed by applicable law.

Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, issue reports, feature requests, or other feedback, Haro LLC may use it without restriction or compensation, but you keep ownership of any underlying rights you already had.

Do not include third-party confidential information in feedback unless you have permission to share it.

Disclaimers and Liability Limit

IMPORTANT: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haro LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and accuracy of AI, OCR, TTS, assistant, citation, or generated-audio output.

IMPORTANT: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.

IMPORTANT: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MOJO WHITE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact help@mojowhite.com and give both sides 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the state or federal courts located in New York will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

General Contract Terms

• Severability: if one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
• Assignment: Haro LLC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without written consent.
• No waiver: delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
• Force majeure: Haro LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and linked policies are the complete agreement for the service.
• Notices: Haro LLC may send notices by email, in-product notice, account message, website posting, app-store channel, or another legally permitted method.
• Electronic communications: you agree that electronic notices, records, signatures, and acceptances satisfy written notice requirements where permitted by law.
• Third-party beneficiaries: these Terms do not create rights for third parties except where these Terms or applicable platform rules expressly give Apple or another platform provider enforcement rights.
• Headings are for convenience and do not limit the legal meaning of any section.
