Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Web subscriptions are managed through Mojo White billing controls or Stripe. App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

Deleting a Mojo White account does not necessarily cancel an App Store subscription in Apple's system. Users must cancel App Store subscriptions through Apple purchase management.

Trial-to-Paid Transition

Trials convert automatically to the paid plan shown at signup unless canceled before the renewal date or unless the offer states a different rule.

Mojo White may send renewal reminders by email or in-product notice where required or operationally available, but users remain responsible for canceling before renewal if they do not want paid access.

Users may cancel web subscriptions from billing settings or the Stripe portal. App Store subscriptions must be canceled through Apple purchase management.

Refunds

Except where required by law, platform rules, or a specific written offer, fees are non-refundable.

Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases. Users should request App Store refunds through Apple.

EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights may apply unless immediate digital service access began after the required acknowledgement or waiver shown at checkout.

Stripe/web refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions, failed access that Haro LLC cannot remediate, or other circumstances Haro LLC approves in writing.

Refund abuse, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to obtain service without payment may lead to account restrictions, collections, fraud reporting, or termination.

Chargebacks Before Contact

Users should contact help@mojowhite.com before initiating a chargeback so Mojo White can investigate duplicate charges, access issues, suspected fraud, or cancellation problems.

Chargebacks initiated without a good-faith support attempt may result in temporary account restrictions while the dispute is investigated, especially where service access continues or account security is at issue.

Plan Changes, Trials, and Promotions

Trials, promotional pricing, discounts, research-program pricing, and retention offers may have feature limits, eligibility rules, renewal terms, expiration dates, and cancellation requirements shown at checkout or in the offer terms.

If a plan change, upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation creates prorations, credits, or platform-specific treatment, Stripe or Apple rules may control how that change is processed.
