Rules for lawful content, copyrighted materials, safety, synthetic voices, abuse, scraping, and enforcement.

Rights and Content Ownership

  • Do not upload, import, process, summarize, generate audio from, or distribute content unless you own it, have a valid license, have permission, or have another lawful basis.
  • Do not remove rights-management information, attribution, watermarking, notices, or provenance data in a way that violates law or third-party terms.
  • Do not use Mojo White to create outputs that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contract, database, moral, performer, or voice rights.

Synthetic Voice and Impersonation

  • Do not create, upload, process, or distribute synthetic audio that impersonates a real person, claims or implies endorsement, or misleads listeners about who is speaking without clear authorization and disclosure.
  • Do not use Mojo White for scams, phishing, social engineering, account takeover, extortion, blackmail, political deception, fake emergency calls, fake evidence, fake customer-service messages, or fake business/government communications.
  • Do not create non-consensual voice replicas, intimate audio, sexualized audio, bullying audio, or audio intended to shame, threaten, harass, stalk, or doxx a person.

Safety and Illegal Content

  • Do not create, process, or distribute CSAM, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, child endangerment, or content that facilitates exploitation of minors.
  • Do not create, process, or distribute credible threats, praise or instructions for terrorist or violent extremist activity, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or content encouraging violence against protected or vulnerable groups.
  • Do not request operational instructions for self-harm, suicide, violence, weapons, explosives, chemical/biological/radiological/nuclear materials, evading law enforcement, malware, phishing, credential theft, or unauthorized intrusion.
  • Do not use Mojo White to provide regulated professional instructions, diagnoses, prescriptions, legal advice, financial recommendations, emergency guidance, or high-impact eligibility decisions without qualified human review and required authorization.

Platform Integrity

  • Do not scrape, crawl, overload, spam, probe, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, defeat rate limits, share accounts to evade plan limits, resell access, or use Mojo White to build a competing service without written permission.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit files, malicious URLs, corrupted files intended to disrupt service, or content designed to trigger provider abuse systems.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, synthetic accounts, payment abuse, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fake referrals, or misleading usage patterns to manipulate plans, analytics, reviews, rankings, or promotional programs.
  • Do not automate signups, create accounts for resale, impersonate a human user, or coordinate account sharing to bypass identity, payment, region, eligibility, usage, or safety controls.

Fair-Use Limits and Accessibility

Mojo White may throttle, queue, downgrade quality, delay, or temporarily suspend synthesis or AI work for accounts that materially exceed normal individual use, threaten provider quotas, or create service-stability risk.

Users with documented accessibility needs may request quota or rate-limit accommodations through help@mojowhite.com. Haro LLC evaluates accommodation requests case by case and may ask for information reasonably needed to understand the request.

Fair-use, accessibility, educational, or research context does not permit copyright infringement, deceptive voice use, account sharing, automated abuse, or evasion of plan limits.

Reporting and Review

Reports may be sent to help@mojowhite.com or support channels. Reports should include the account, file, link, output, message, or other information reasonably needed to locate the issue.

Copyright complaints should follow the DMCA and Copyright Policy. Law-enforcement requests should follow the Law Enforcement Guidelines.

Mojo White may restrict abusive or bad-faith reporting, including reports intended to harass users, expose private information, or suppress lawful content without a valid basis.

Enforcement

Mojo White may warn, limit, suspend, terminate, remove content, block uploads, disable sharing or downloads, preserve evidence, contact affected parties, contact providers, or report conduct where necessary to protect users, the service, providers, or legal rights.

Enforcement may consider severity, intent, history, risk of harm, legal obligations, provider requirements, and whether a user cooperates with remediation.

Where practical and legally appropriate, Mojo White may provide an appeal or support path. Some actions, such as emergency safety actions, legal removals, provider-mandated blocks, account-security locks, or repeat-infringer terminations, may not be reversible.
