Submit a DMCA Notice
Use this form for copyright takedown notices only. Other safety, privacy, trademark, or support issues should go through support.
Designated Agent
Haro LLC is preparing its designated-agent record. Until the registered agent contact is published here, copyright notices may be directed to help@mojowhite.com.
If Haro LLC designates a separate DMCA agent, the agent name, mailing address, phone number, and email will be published on this page and in the Copyright Office directory where required.
A DMCA notice must be submitted to the copyright intake in writing and include the information listed below. You may use the structured notice form on this page.
Copyright notices must be in writing and should be sent only by the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner. Non-copyright complaints, such as trademark, privacy, defamation, publicity, impersonation, or harassment issues, should be sent to help@mojowhite.com and may be handled under other policies.
Takedown Notices
- Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identify the material to be removed or disabled and provide enough information to locate it.
- Provide contact information for the complaining party.
- Include a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Requirements
- Identify the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices and Repeat Infringers
Users may submit a counter-notice where permitted by law. Mojo White may restore material after 10 to 14 business days if the claimant does not file an action within the statutory period.
Mojo White may treat three valid, uncountered copyright strikes in a rolling 12-month period as repeat infringement and may suspend or terminate the account in appropriate circumstances.
Mojo White tracks valid, uncountered copyright strikes separately from general abuse signals where possible and may consider severity, account history, evasion, and court orders when deciding enforcement.
Submitting false, abusive, or materially misleading notices or counter-notices can create legal liability. Mojo White may reject incomplete notices, request more information, or remove access to disputed material while a claim is evaluated.
Voice, TTS, and Publicity Rights
Copyright law is not the only rights system that may apply to audio. Voice, name, likeness, performance, privacy, contract, and publicity rights may apply when a user creates or distributes synthetic audio or podcast-style outputs.
Users may not use Mojo White to clone, imitate, or suggest endorsement by a real person without authorization, even if the source text is not copyrighted or the user believes a copyright exception may apply.
Fair-Use Examples
- Personal listening to a lawfully obtained document may be fair use depending on context.
- Accessibility-focused conversion for private study, where the user lawfully possesses the source material, may present a stronger fair-use argument than public redistribution.
- Short quotations or summaries for criticism, teaching, scholarship, or research may be lower risk when the amount used is limited and properly attributed.
- Generating and distributing a podcast version of a copyrighted article without permission is higher risk and may infringe.
- Creating a market substitute for a paid audiobook, course, article, book, voice performance, or subscription publication is higher risk even if the output is generated by AI or TTS.
- Users are responsible for obtaining permissions where required.
Pre-Upload Rights Confirmation
Mojo White may present product-level reminders before uploads or imports that users must have rights to process the content. The absence of a reminder does not remove the user's obligation under the Terms.
Haro LLC tracks DMCA and copyright events for operational compliance, including notice date, claimant, affected account, material, action taken, counter-notice status, restoration status, repeat-infringer strike status, and final disposition where available.
